Principles

We treat only data which is directly provided by the customer and which is necessary to offer the services of the portal. We record the following data: last name, first name, address, gender, telephone and fax numbers, email address, date when this data was provided, type of license, login data.

When entering configuration settings or commands for your home automation system through the web interface, the data is validated and stored only temporarily until the transmission was successful. In similar fashion, when data is requested from the home automation system in order to display it in the browser, the data is only stored temporarily.

This web site uses so-called cookies in order to record the transient state of transactions. Incomplete or cancelled transactions are not saved. The cookies are generally deleted when exiting the browser application. Usage by third parties

Web site statistics are produced with Google Analytics, a tool for the analysis of web site usage by Google Inc. (“Google”).
